The program focuses on developing new knowledge and competencies of young artists, educators, and producers for working with children and youth, through practical work, mentoring support, and collaboration with international experts. It is carried out as a collaborative effort between the Croatian Musical Youth and the Zagreb, Split, and Osijek academies. In May 2026, following a public call for student submissions, selected proposals for educational concert programs aimed at children and youth were chosen. In October 2026, these programs will be further refined under the guidance of international mentors, which will be followed by their pilot performances in schools and kindergartens. The program contributes to connecting academic education with community needs and developing artistic activities oriented toward a young audience.
