Based on the statements referred to in Article 13, paragraph 8, of the Public Procurement Act (NN 90/2011), we declare that there exist no economic persons who are in relation with representatives of the public contracting authority referred to in Article 13, paragraph 2, item 1, of the Public Procurement Act, or other connected persons, in regards to Article 13, paragraph 1, of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. with whom the University of Split, ARTS ACADEMY, Zagrebacka 3, 21 000 Split, MB: 01321358, OIB: 38960125358, as a public contracting authority, may not conclude public procurement contracts.
