Month of Academic Printmaking in Lublin, Poland

From 28 April 2026 to 28 May 2026, as part of the Month of Academic Printmaking, the Department of Visual Culture and Fine Arts of the Arts Academy in Split will present itself to the Polish public with two exhibitions of graphic artworks: an exhibition of prints by professors of the Department of Visual Culture and Fine Arts of the Arts Academy in Split, and an exhibition of student works from the Department’s graphic art collection.

The Month of Academic Printmaking is a traditional art event organized by the Faculty of Arts of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, during which, since 2012, the creative work of artists connected with the academic milieu has been presented. Until now, the annual exhibitions have focused exclusively on printmaking from Polish academic centers. This year’s edition is of a special character, as it will host international participants for the first time.

The exhibition of works by professors of the Arts Academy in Split will open at 3:00 PM in the Zana 11 Gallery of the Faculty of Arts, UMCS, while the exhibition of student works will open at 5:00 PM in the Gallery of the Youth Cultural Center No. 2, at 14a Bernardyńska Street.

The exhibition will feature works by:
Prof. Edvin Dragičević, ArtD;
Assoc. Prof. Maja Zemunik, ArtD;
and assistant Ivona Pupačić.

The exhibition of student works from the graphic art collection of the Department of Visual Culture and Fine Arts will present works by students of the Department, along with works by students of the Painting Department and the Visual Communications Design program.
